Welcome
I am a Core Process Psychotherapist in my final year of training.
My approach integrates mindfulness with Western psychotherapy, offering a compassionate and reflective space for you to explore what feels challenging or stuck in your life. Together, we’ll work to untangle reactive patterns and discover choices that feel authentic and empowering.

A Safe Space
At the heart of this process is a safe, respectful, and collaborative relationship. I bring over 20 years of experience in the charitable sector, working with issues such as substance use, loneliness, and end-of-life care. These experiences, alongside my ongoing professional development, inform my practice and allow me to offer grounded, insightful support.

I welcome adults for reduced-cost sessions in central Bristol. Whether you're new to therapy or revisiting it, I invite you to explore this site and reach out if you’d like to discuss how we might work together.
What to Expect
Therapy sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort. We’ll create a space to pause, reflect, and bring awareness to whatever arises—thoughts, emotions, or sensations. Whether sitting comfortably in chairs, on cushions, or moving around, the session adapts to what feels most supportive.
I’m here to help you explore with curiosity and without judgment, fostering trust in your inner wisdom. You don’t need to be familiar with mindfulness this is about meeting you where you are and supporting your unique journey.

Free 30 Minute Introductory Meeting
Entering psychotherapy can feel daunting and choosing the right therapist is important. To help us determine if we can work together, I offer a free initial phone call and a 30-minute introductory meeting. This gives us a chance to explore what you want from your sessions and address any concerns or questions you may have.
